1. What this site is

This is a marketing website. It describes what Moon does, shows past work, and offers one contact form so you can ask for a conversation. No service is bought, delivered or executed through these pages.

By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

3. Using the site

You may read the site, share its links, and quote it with attribution. That is what it is here for.

You may not attempt to break into the administrative area or any other non-public part, interfere with the availability of the site, run automated extraction of its content at scale, or use the site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the form.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, code and brand elements of this site belong to Moon and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here grants you a license to reproduce them as your own.

Third-party names, logos and testimonials shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear as reference, not as a claim of ownership or of endorsement beyond what is stated.

5. Sending the form creates no contract

Filling in the contact form is a request for contact. It is not a purchase, not an order, and not a contract.

It does not oblige us to reply, to accept the work, to hold any price or scope, or to meet any deadline. Equally, it does not oblige you to anything.

Work between us only exists after a separate written agreement setting out scope, price and deadlines, accepted by both sides. Anything discussed before that is a conversation, not a commitment.

6. Content, figures and results

The content of this site is informational and can change without notice. Pages, services and prices may be added, altered or removed.

Numbers, cases and testimonials shown here describe past work. They are not a promise, a guarantee or a projection of the result you would get. Results depend on your market, your offer, your budget and your execution.

7. Links to other sites

Some links lead off this site, for example to LinkedIn. We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or that it will be reachable at any given moment.

To the extent permitted by law, Moon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, including decisions taken based on its content.

Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Brazilian consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms can be revised. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its revision date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

11. Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of Brasil. Any dispute arising from them is submitted to the courts of Brasil, with the exception of the forums that consumer law reserves to the consumer.
