Software, AI agents and automation, built to ship.

Full-stack development for companies that need real software in production, not a slide deck. Apps, internal tools, AI agents and automations, with and without AI, built and shipped by engineers who run them in production.

Free scope and proposal in 48 hours. No meeting required to get it.

What does a software studio actually do?

It turns a business bottleneck into working software and then keeps that software alive. Not a prototype, not a repository handed over at the end of a sprint, but a system running in production with real users and real data. We do that across apps, internal tools, integrations and AI agents, and we run ten of them in production today.

What you get:

  • A scope with price and timeline in writing, before anything starts
  • One engineer accountable from architecture through deploy
  • A stack you can hire for later: Next.js, Node, TypeScript, Python, Postgres
  • The code in your repository, under your account, from day one
  • Optional maintenance, never a dependency you cannot exit

The problem

Agencies demo. Freelancers vanish. Your software still isn't shipping.

You don't need another deck or a half-built repo handed off and abandoned. You need software that works in production, that you own, built by someone who stays accountable from architecture to launch. Most quotes you get are priced on hours nobody can verify, staffed by whoever is free that month, and scoped loosely enough that the overrun is already planned.

What the delay is costing while you decide:

  • The manual process the software was meant to replace keeps consuming payroll, every week, forever.
  • The bottleneck stays where it is, so growth costs more headcount instead of less.
  • Each month of workaround adds spreadsheets and side systems that the eventual build has to migrate.
  • Whoever holds the process in their head becomes a single point of failure you cannot insure against.
  • Competitors who automated the same step keep widening a gap that gets more expensive to close.

Software is rarely urgent and almost always overdue. The cost is invisible because it is paid in salary and lost hours rather than in an invoice.

What we build

Production software, owned end to end.

One engineer, from architecture to deploy. No relay, no junior, no lost context.

01

Full-stack apps & SaaS

Web apps, dashboards and SaaS on a modern stack (Next.js), built to scale and ship fast.

02

AI agents & automation

Agents and automations, with and without AI, that do the busywork and run in production day and night.

03

Internal tools & integrations

The tools your team needs and the integrations that connect your stack, instead of manual work.

04

Sites & landing pages

Fast, premium pages with clean technical SEO and server-side tracking, built to convert.

How it works

Scoped, built, shipped.

step_01

Scope

We define what to build, the stack and the plan, with timeline and price in writing before anything starts.

step_02

Build

We architect and build it, one engineer accountable, with clear checkpoints along the way.

step_03

Ship

It goes to production, owned by you, with the option to maintain and extend it.

What changes

What is different once it is running.

The bottleneck stops scaling with headcount

The step that needed a person per unit of volume now needs none. Growth stops being a hiring problem and the team goes back to work only humans can do.

The process stops living in someone's head

Encoded in software, the rules are visible, testable and transferable. Losing a key person becomes an inconvenience instead of an emergency.

You can hire for it later

Next.js, Node, TypeScript, Python and Postgres are boring on purpose. Any competent developer can pick it up, which is what makes the code genuinely yours.

It survives contact with real data

Built by people who operate production systems daily, so the edge cases, the retries and the failure modes are handled before they reach your users.

Proof

Software in production, not a portfolio of demos.

We built wptracker, a lead platform on Next.js with server-side tracking that processes 7,000+ leads per month and drives R$200K+ per month in attributed sales for the client. More than R$50M has moved through the systems we built. Ten of them run in production today, and our AI agents run for real clients, day and night.

Start here

Free scope and proposal, back in 48 hours.

Describe what you need built and what it is supposed to change in the business. Within 48 hours you get back a written scope: what we would build, on what stack, in what order, how long it takes and what it costs. You can take that document to another studio and get a comparable quote. That is the point.

What comes back:

  • The problem restated as a technical scope, so both sides mean the same thing
  • The stack we would use and why, including what we would deliberately not build
  • Phasing: what ships first to be useful, and what can wait
  • A timeline and a price, in writing, not a range that widens later
  • The risks we can see from here, named before you commit to anything

The scope and proposal are free and yours to keep, whoever ends up building it. Paid work starts only after you approve that document.

If what you describe is better solved by an off-the-shelf tool than by a custom build, we will say so and point you at it. We would rather lose the project than build something you did not need.

Straight answers

Before you send it.

What's the stack?

Modern and proven: Next.js, server-side where it matters, real databases. No Webflow, no no-code lock-in.

Do you do AI, or just classic dev?

Both. Automations and agents with and without AI, plus full-stack apps. We use AI where it earns its place, not for show.

Do you maintain what you build?

Yes, optionally. You own the code; we can keep building and maintaining it, or hand it off clean.

Who owns the code?

You do, in your repository, under your account, from the first commit. There is no arrangement where leaving us costs you the software.

How do you price?

Per project, against the scope, with the number fixed in writing before work starts. Not hourly, so the incentive is to ship rather than to bill.

What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

That is the normal case. Describe the problem and what it costs you today. Turning that into a technical scope is what the proposal is for.
